Dear bhusan,

you are doing good for your friend. from delhi railway station, he needs to go ISBT bus satnd, kashmiri gate, new delhi, from there he could cathch punjaab or Haryana roadways bus which is usually runs in every 1 or 1/2 hrs & its fair Rs. 160 to 175 Rs. only. from delhi to Chandigarh Distance is around 240 Km. & bus will take time around 5-6 hrs. to reach in Chandigarh bus stand in sector. 17.
from sector 17 bus stand Sector  26 is near, & he could catch Human rikshaw or Auto. in sector 26 Police lines is well known area. so there is no prob. to reach the destination.

My name is Bhushan Nipane and am living in Nagpur. I am the member of MumbaiHangOut from 4-5 years. Daily, I read all mails from MumbaiHangOut. This time I really need your help guys. I have a friend whose name is Kailash Kukade. He is 22yr old. He lives with his  family of 4 persons having mummy, papa, younger brother and him. He is very poor. He is just 10th class Failed student and works as a Barber from 6-7years. He earns nearly Rs.100 daily for his work.

Nearly 2 years ago I saw the job in Employment News Paper for Barbers in Chandigarh Police for just 4th class pass student. That time, I filled his form and send it to Chandigarh. 2 days ago, I got the call letter from Chandigarh Police. They have kept the Written Exam and Interview in Chandigarh on 2/5/2011 at 7am and the Venue is "Police Lines, Sector-26, Chandigarh."  I have given Rs.2000 to Kailash and sending him to Chandigarh tomorrow.

But my problem is Kailash never went anywhere from Nagpur. And there is no direct train from Nagpur to Chandigarh. He has to go to Delhi first and then to Chandigarh from there. He will reach to Chandigarh railway station on 1/5/2011 at nearly 6pm. I wanna to know that how far the Venue from Chandigarh Railway Station and what are the sources available there in Chandigarh to reach Police lines, Sector-26.

Please Suggest me how Kailash can reach to reach to his destination. What he should have to take to reach his destination(I mean City Bus, Auto or something else) and where he should stay for a night at low fare near sector-26? Coz his exam will be on 2/5/2011.

Please reply me friends. Please reply soon.

Thanking You!

Regards,
Bhushan Nipane
