| The police line is very near to railway station as well as bus stand, whenever he reaches delhi, just tell him to catch a bus from there, which is running to chandigarh very frequently. in chd there is a dharam shala named aggarwal dharmshala near to police line in sec 26 and tariff is just 50/ per day. he can spend his night there. don't worry people in chd are very helpful.
